What to Expect:
✨ We begin by centering ourselves with breath-work and gentle stretching.
✨ Warm up gently with simple movements.
✨ Dance to a fantastic playlist filled with funk, jazz, tribal beats, disco, 90s rave, rock, pop—you name it!
✨ Each song has just 1-3 easy moves, and you get to make them your own.
✨ Lots of prompts to spark your creativity and express yourself freely.
✨ End with relaxation and stillness—if you want to bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket to get comfy.
You'll leave feeling energised, stress-free, and totally chilled out!
Listen to your body and rest when you need to.
Bring a drink to keep hydrated!
